“It seems like the past few months have brought a lot of clarity to people when thinking about the past and other difficult times they have been through, and I can’t thank you enough for the tools you equipped me with in understanding the anxiety I experience. My OCD checks are almost completely in the past, and I although I do go through periods of anxiety and some depression, I am much more adept at how to face those times. Knowing how to handle an OCD thought or compulsion when it enters my head has improved my life immeasurably. I still remember a lot of the advice and guidance you gave me, and use what I learnt in those CBT sessions every day.

You’ve made a huge difference to my life, so I imagine that is the case for many other people too.

Wishing you all the best,

Ava”
